She holds a Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA, along with multiple industry certifications, and has led complex environmental programs across school districts, ports, public agencies, and private industry. Her expertise spans CEQA compliance, construction environmental management, hazardous materials oversight, soil remediation, stormwater management, and litigation support, including expert testimony in federal court.
